Child Safety & Harmful Content Policy

At PingTop, we are committed to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our community. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation of minors, and other harmful or prohibited content. We take violations of this policy seriously and will take immediate enforcement action, including permanent account suspension and referral to law enforcement when required.
 
1. Protection of Minors

• Strict Prohibition of CSAM
  Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation — including images, videos, audio, or text — is strictly forbidden.

• No Grooming or Exploitation
  Any attempt to communicate with minors in a sexual, exploitative, or coercive manner will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to local and international law enforcement agencies.

• Age Restrictions

  • Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts.

  • Users under the age of 18 may have additional restrictions for messaging, visibility, and certain content features.

• Mandatory Reporting
  PingTop works with relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and international law enforcement, to report CSAM and exploitation of minors.
   

2. Prohibited Content and Enforcement Policy

To protect our community and ensure a safe experience for all users, PingTop prohibits the following types of content. Violations can result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and, in severe cases, referral to local law enforcement.

• 2.1 NSFW / Nudity / Sexual Content
  Pornography, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, or fetish content are strictly prohibited.
  Enforcement: Immediate removal, suspension, and permanent ban for explicit pornography.

• 2.2 Violence / Graphic Content
  Depictions of murder, torture, severe injury, or glorified violence are not allowed.
  Enforcement: Content removal, suspension, and referral to law enforcement if applicable.

• 2.3 Terrorism & Extremism
  Promotion, support, or recruitment for terrorist or extremist causes is strictly forbidden.
  Enforcement: Permanent ban and referral to counter-terrorism authorities.

• 2.4 Hate Speech
  Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory remarks are prohibited.
  Enforcement: Removal, warnings or suspension, and permanent ban for repeat violations.

• 2.5 Bullying & Harassment
  Threats, intimidation, humiliation, or targeted abuse will not be tolerated.
  Enforcement: Removal, suspension, and permanent ban for severe harassment.

• 2.6 Drugs & Substance Use
  Promotion, sale, or depiction of illegal drug use is prohibited.
  Enforcement: Removal and permanent ban for trafficking or promotion.

• 2.7 Spam & Fake Engagement
  Misleading content, scams, fake accounts, and bots are not allowed.
  Enforcement: Removal, suspension, and permanent ban for repeat abuse.

• 2.8 Copyright Violations
  Uploading copyrighted music, videos, or media without the necessary rights is prohibited.
  Enforcement: Removal and DMCA compliance actions.

• 2.9 Exploitation of Minors
  Unsafe or sexualized depictions of minors are strictly forbidden.
  Enforcement: Immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.

• 2.10 Fake / Misleading Content
  Deliberately manipulated or misleading media is prohibited.
  Enforcement: Removal and possible suspension.

• 2.11 Dangerous Acts
  Encouraging self-harm, unsafe stunts, or harmful challenges is not allowed.
  Enforcement: Removal, suspension, and permanent ban for extreme risk.

• 2.12 Sensitive / Disturbing Content
  Content showing extreme injury, gore, or other highly distressing imagery is prohibited.
  Enforcement: Removal and possible suspension.

• 2.13 Malware & Harmful Links
  Any link or software intended to steal data or cause harm is prohibited.
  Enforcement: Immediate permanent ban.

• 2.14 Unapproved Advertising
  Unauthorized promotions, pyramid schemes, or unverified ads are not allowed.
  Enforcement: Removal and suspension.

• 2.15 Repeat Offenses
  Multiple violations after warnings will result in a permanent ban.

3. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, PingTop may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Content Removal — The offending content will be deleted from PingTop.

2. Warning — For minor first-time violations.

3. Temporary Account Suspension — Restriction of account access for a set period.

4. Permanent Account Ban — Full removal from PingTop.

5. Law Enforcement Referral — For CSAM, exploitation of minors, terrorism, extreme violence, or other serious crimes.

Note: For the most severe violations (e.g., child sexual abuse, terrorism, murder, extreme violence), account suspension will be immediate and permanent without warning.

4. Reporting Harmful Content
Users can report harmful content through:

• The Report button available on all posts and profiles.

• Email: support@pingtop.com (include screenshots and URLs).

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken based on our enforcement guidelines.

5. Collaboration with Authorities
PingTop cooperates with local and international law enforcement and trusted safety organizations to address severe policy violations. We will provide account information and content evidence where required by law to aid in investigations.
